I made some mini Christmas cookies earlier this week to send for Treat the Troops. Our church sends boxes of homemade cookies to soldiers overseas every month. This month, they wanted to send lots more because of the special holiday season. So here is what I came up with. :)
I made a cookie jar with some of the extras. :)
Just a reminder that you only have one more day to sign up for the December Blog Give-Away......a $30 gift certificate from Karen's Cookies. You must enter by midnight (CST) tomorrow night (Sunday Dec 12). Go to this blog post and follow the directions.
P.S. I put my actually cookie and icing recipes in the FAQ this week.....and I made a mistake. For the icing recipe, I had put 1/2 lb of powdered sugar......and it is really 1 lb of powdered sugar. So if you jotted down the recipe, you'll need to change it. Happy Baking!
