Flower Bouquet Cookies (Tutorial)

Oh how I love random bouquets of flowers.....a bunch you just hold in your hand.

You can use a variety of cutters to make a flower bouquet cookie.
A trimmed ice cream cone cutter is a perfect shape.
Also......the diamond ring cutter works well.

You'll need a nice leaf green 10-Second Glaze and
then glaze in the colors of flowers you're interested in.

Start adding lots of stems onto your cookie.
Remember, when you use glaze, don't pipe lines touching each other because they will run together.
So keep them separate.
Allow them to dry for 30+ minutes, and then add more stems.
I probably did at least four layers of stems.
Once you have the stems looking the way you'd like, allow the cookie to dry thoroughly.

Then start adding a variety flowers.
I always have to remind myself often that simple is better. :)
You can also pipe a ribbon onto the stems of the cookie......
or you can tie a ribbon around the stems after the cookie is completely dry.

This is definitely my most recent favorite set of cookies. :)
