Personal Side

I took a "vacation" this week from cookie decorating.

Instead.....I spent my time editing all my back logged photos,

making blog post banners,

and getting everything in order for the next few weeks on the blog.

THEN.....I decorated the house for fall (YEAH!)

and baked some grain free goodies.....for a change.

It's been nice to catch up with everything else and relax a little about life.

This next week.....I hope to decorate a bunch of Thanksgiving cookies.

And then.....comes Christmas.

I can hardly wait!!!

Since I do a LOT of home decorating for Christmas......

I've got to get the cookies started early.

Now that I'm surrounded by fall decorations......

I'm SUPER DUPER excited about the holidays. :)

Here's those CRAZIE boots I made this week.

They are off to their destination this morning. :)

Last week's extras with the boots and jeans......

Two kinds of grain free biscotti happening here today....
blueberry pecan and pumpkin pecan.
This is stage one.
After cooling.....it will get sliced up and baked again. :)

Mmmmmm......
Definitely worth all the effort.
And here's the link to this grain free biscotti recipe (as promised on Instagram). :)
Note: I used egg instead of applesauce/stevia/chia at the beginning of the recipe.
You can flavor them any way you'd prefer.
I used pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, & ginger plus pecans in the first set
and blueberry syrup and pecans in the second set.
