To make the cookie flag quilt you will need:
- 20 Small Scalloped Square Cookies
- Navy 10-Second Glaze
- Red 10-Second Glaze
- Ivory 10-Second Glaze
- Black Food Color Marker
Excuse this photo of two different sizes of the scalloped squares.
You only need 20 small squares of ONE size.
(I used the small ones for this project and the larger ones for another project.)
Outline and flood 6 squares with navy,
7 squares with red, and 7 squares with ivory.
After the navy squares have dried for at least an hour,
outline a "wonky" country star on each one and flood with ivory.
Allow all squares to dry overnight.
Add stitch marks with a black food color marker.
Simple......simple.....but sometimes simple is best. :)
